Ali Talha led the project from concept to completion, overcoming challenges in design management and obtaining necessary approvals. Located at Atlantis The Palm, it offers a unique experience amidst architectural wonders and the Aquaventure Waterpark.

Nestled on a white sandy beach adjacent to the renowned Palm Monorail, the project involved constructing half of the structure on land and the other half in the Arabian Gulf sea. Additionally, it encompassed the construction and fit-out of a two-story retail unit overlooking the Balloon, where guests can savor the breathtaking views while indulging in their favorite barista-style coffee offerings.
