His comprehensive services encompassed a spectrum of critical tasks, including Design Coordination, Tender Management, Contract Preparation, Negotiations, and Contractor Award. With meticulous attention to detail and strategic planning, Ali Talha ensured the seamless execution of each phase, thereby contributing to the successful realization of the client’s vision.

Overview

The store was strategically organized into two primary sections: the public sales area and the rear section comprising a consultation room along with two administrative rooms. The public sales area features a prominent showcase counter, meticulously crafted with brass finishes and glass tanks, serving as the focal point of the showroom. Complementing the centerpiece is a brass rotatable showcase, and walls cladded with flooring samples to represent the diverse range of flooring merchandise offered by the client.
